Requirements:

• Applicants should have a good sense of design and UX, caring about layout, responsiveness, and final polish.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-moving teams with ambiguity and significant responsibility.
• Candidates should not be afraid to make decisions, lead architecture, and advocate for best practices.
• Comfort in owning features end-to-end, including rollout and support, is necessary.
• Bonus points for experience in building design systems, customer-facing financial products, or tools for non-technical users.
