Frontend Engineers are required to work in teams alongside Backend Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and PMs to ensure all elements of the web creation process are consistent.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good learning mindset is appreciated, regardless of your experience level.
As a Frontend Engineer at Blink22, you will work in conjunction with all of Blink22's departments to ensure the delivery of blazing-fast and efficient web experiences.
You will be involved in improving internal processes and contributing to a culture of growth and openness.

Requirements:

A good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 is required.
A good understanding of CSS grid systems is necessary.
A deep understanding of Javascript is essential.
You must prioritize performance and write clean and well-structured code.
Experience with one or more frontend libraries or frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, or Nuxt.js is required.
Understanding Git as a Version Control System (VCS) is necessary.
You should be able to use GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket.
Understanding how NPM and Yarn work is required.
You must be able to give and receive constructive and effective code reviews.
A good learning mindset is essential.
You should thrive while working on a fast-paced, organized team.
Good communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with other team members and PMs.
You must be able to work independently and proactively communicate your blockers.
Good ethics and a positive attitude that aligns with the culture of openness and directness are required.
You should be able to share your knowledge with other team members and engage in technical discussions.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Notion, etc., is necessary.

You will be working in a fully remote environment, with the option to work at any of our offices if desired.

The frontend team holds bi-weekly Tech Talks to share knowledge among team members.
You will be evaluated based on an internal competency framework developed by the engineering team and a psychologist, ensuring faster career growth.

You will work with an organized team consisting of different levels of experience, providing mentorship and helping you grow faster as a Frontend Engineer.
