Description:
PayPay Card is seeking web frontend engineers to work on the PayPay Card mini-application and other web frontend projects with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
The company aims to revolutionize the credit card industry by enhancing the credit card experience and updating the frontend systems landscape.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and tech teams, contributing to architecture improvements, and resolving product issues.
The tech stack includes Nuxt 3 (Vue.js 3, TypeScript), Storybook, Vee-validate, Google Analytics, AWS ECS, GitHub, Visual Code, Confluence, Miro, JIRA, Slack, Zoom, and Office 365.
Required qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in developing secure web frontend applications, 1 year of experience with VueJS or React, software engineering best practices, and English business proficiency.
Preferred qualifications include experience in frontend performance monitoring, RESTful APIs design, CDNs, web components, island architecture, multicultural environments, and Japanese conversational proficiency.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of industry experience developing secure web frontend applications in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
At least 1 year of industry experience with VueJS (preferred), or React.
Software engineering best practices and computer science knowledge.
English business proficiency.
Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization.
Experience with designing server-side RESTful APIs.
Experience with web hosting infrastructure such as CDNs.
Knowledge in web components and/or island architecture.
Experience in a multicultural environment.
Japanese conversational proficiency is a plus.
