Description:
The position is for a Frontend Engineer working remotely in Japan.
The company aims to democratize product creation, allowing anyone to easily bring their ideas to life.
The Tailor Platform is a headless ERP system designed for enterprises, enabling rapid development of business applications.
The role involves developing web applications based on React, analyzing client application requirements, designing UI components, and creating an efficient development framework.
Responsibilities include developing React components and improving the UI of the Tailor Platform.
There is no strict separation between front-end and back-end roles, and involvement in back-end development may occur based on interests and skills.
The development environment includes technologies such as Cloud Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Docker, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a front-end engineer is required.
Experience in developing with React, TypeScript, and Next.js is essential.
Candidates should have experience in standardization and open-source product development.
Experience as a Tech Lead or in a managerial role is necessary.
Candidates should have a strong background as an Individual Contributor.
The ability to work remotely is required.
Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2) are necessary.
More than 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer and in React, TypeScript, etc., is preferred.
Business English skills and experience in back-end development using Go and microservices technologies are welcomed.
