Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience with React.

Experience with performance and optimization problems, including diagnosing and preventing these issues, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working in agile environments with an iterative software development process.
Effective communication skills for status updates and achieving consensus with peers are essential.
Experience in owning a project from concept to production, including discovery, discussion, and execution, is required.
Candidates must be self-motivated, self-managing, and possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fully remote organization is necessary.
Experience with writing unit and integration tests is required.
Proficiency in Git and GitHub is necessary.
