Description:

Short Story is seeking talented and experienced Frontend Engineers to join their fast-growing startup dedicated to petite women.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining frontend systems like the Customer Portal, Warehouse management system, Order management system, and the proprietary styling system.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality web applications using NextJS, ReactJS, and React-Query, collaborating with cross-functional teams, A/B testing designs, providing mentorship, participating in code reviews, implementing designs using Tailwind CSS, and deploying applications on Netlify.
The position also involves working closely with designers to translate design mockups into interactive user interfaces.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using ReactJS and related technologies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a deep understanding of modern web standards and best practices.
Extensive experience with NextJS, ReactJS, Typescript, and building scalable applications.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and creating visually appealing user interfaces.
Solid understanding of Git, Github, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Ability to work with Figma and translate design mockups into functional web components.
