Aleph is hiring its first AI-focused software engineers to lead the development of AI features in their web app and add-ins.
The role involves incorporating large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into the product, collaborating with product and design teams to innovate in FP&A.
Responsibilities include prioritizing and executing the product roadmap, developing new AI features from prototype to implementation, delivering robust code, establishing best practices, and collaborating with design and operations teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of full-time software development experience, including proficiency in React.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in system design or architecture is required.
A product mindset is essential, with a willingness to engage with customers to understand their problems.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs, is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for finance teams is advantageous.
Exposure or interest in finance, particularly in FP&A, is a plus.
Candidates must be located within the Americas to align with team working hours.
