The role is for a Frontend Engineer with a focus on AI, responsible for leading the development of AI features across the web app and add-ins.
The engineer will determine how to incorporate large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into the product.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, prioritizing the product roadmap, and delivering robust, scalable code.
The position is remote, targeting candidates across the Americas.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of full-time software development experience, including proficiency in React.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in system design or architecture is required.
A product mindset is essential, with a focus on understanding customer problems to build effective solutions.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs, is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous startup experience or the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment is preferred.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or tools for Finance teams is advantageous.
Exposure or interest in Finance, particularly in FP&A, is a plus.
