Remote Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Developing a Headless ERP platform called "Tailor PF" that allows user companies to build core systems supporting large enterprises in 1/10 of the implementation time.
• User companies can call out only the necessary functions from Tailor PF to construct a system tailored to their business requirements efficiently and with high technical sustainability.
• Responsibilities include developing web applications based on React, analyzing client application requirements, designing UI components, modularizing them, and developing an efficient framework for development.
• No clear separation between front-end and back-end roles; involvement in back-end development based on interests and skills.
• Technologies used include Cloud Pub/Sub, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, Okta, TypeScript, GO, CUE, Next.js, Playwright, and more.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a front-end engineer.
• Experience in React, TypeScript, and Next.js development.
• Experience in standardization and Open Source product development.
• Experience leading a team from a technical perspective as a Tech Lead.
• Experience as an Individual Contributor.
• Ability to work remotely.
• More than 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer.
• 5 years of experience in React, TypeScript, etc.
• Strong empathy with Tailor's Mission.
• Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2).
