Remote Frontend Engineer （業務委託）

Description:

• Developing web applications based on React for a Headless ERP platform called "Tailor PF."
• Users can build tailored systems quickly with high technical sustainability by calling necessary functions from Tailor PF.
• Benefits of building on Tailor PF include compatibility with agile development, easy digital transformation (DX), and automatic evolution to stay current with technology and security trends.
• Responsibilities include developing React components, designing UI for Tailor PF, and potentially being involved in back-end development.
• Development environment includes various middleware, monitoring tools, setup tools, data analysis tools, languages, frameworks, and other software.
• Remote work is possible.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a frontend engineer.
• Experience in React, TypeScript, Next.js development.
• Experience in standardization and open-source product development.
• Experience leading a team technically as a Tech Lead.
• Experience as an Individual Contributor.
• Ability to work remotely.
• More than 5 years of experience as a front-end engineer.
• 5 years of experience in React, TypeScript, etc.
• Strong empathy with Tailor's mission.
• Japanese written and verbal communication skills (JLPT N2).
