Description:
Caddi is a seed-stage startup focused on transforming simple screen recordings into fully automated workflows for professionals.
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the core user experience and frontend architecture of Caddi's applications.
You will work closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers to develop and enhance Caddi’s core web application.
Your responsibilities will include translating complex workflows into intuitive and responsive user experiences.
You will help define and implement the frontend architecture, laying the groundwork for future multi-platform desktop applications for Windows and macOS.
You will build and maintain reusable UI components and actively evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
Collaboration with founders, product, design, and backend engineering teams will be essential to optimize product performance and usability.
You will also contribute proactively to product strategy and roadmap discussions from an engineering perspective.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of professional experience in building user-centric web applications, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
A proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple and intuitive user interfaces is required.
Expertise in modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, along with a strong understanding of UI design principles is essential.
Excellent collaboration skills are necessary, as you will be working closely within cross-functional teams, especially in startup settings.
You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging in rapid iteration, and balancing speed with quality.
