• Responsibilities include setting the foundation for a new design system, building a multiplayer experience, improving real-time collaborative functionality, optimizing the journey page for speed, and working on AI features.
• The role does not involve standups and ticket assignments, as TheyDo believes in self-managed workers.

Requirements:

• Ambitious engineer with a growth mindset and a passion for building great user experiences.
• Previous experience with complex VueJS applications is a bonus.
