Description:

  • We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Engineer for one of our teams in the Supply domain.
  • You will be part of a highly skilled cross-functional team that includes FE Engineers, BE Engineers, a Product Designer, a Product Manager, and a technical Engineering Manager.
  • Your daily responsibilities will include attending daily standups, participating in planning sessions, and breaking down user stories into actionable frontend tasks.
  • You will write and maintain clean, modular, and scalable code, implementing responsive and accessible UI components based on design mockups.
  • Code reviews will be a part of your role, where you will review peers' code and receive feedback on your own.
  • You will write and maintain unit tests for frontend components and implement integration tests to ensure seamless interaction between frontend and backend.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting will be essential, as you will identify and resolve bugs or performance issues in the application.
  • Collaboration with backend engineers is crucial to integrate APIs and ensure data flows correctly between the frontend and backend.
  • You will document new components, libraries, or features for future reference and update existing documentation as needed.
  • Participation in user story refinement sessions to clarify user stories and provide input on frontend considerations is expected.
  • You will share knowledge with the team and participate in reviews and retrospectives to discuss improvements and plan action items.

Requirements:

  • A deep knowledge of ReactJs, Next.js, Typescript, and testing-library is required.
  • Exposure to CSS-in-JS (with support for React Server Components), Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, multilanguage products, microfrontends, and semantic release would be advantageous.
  • You should be able to work in a flexible environment, either in Barcelona, Madrid, or remotely from Spain.
