Description:

  • Deel is seeking a Frontend Engineer proficient in React.js to join their global team dedicated to facilitating businesses in hiring globally.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA’s.
  • Responsibilities include participating in product planning from discovery to deployment, developing new features and API’s, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in TypeScript and React.js, state management tools, HTML, CSS, and Node.js, with at least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js, including Class Components, Functional Components, and React Hooks.
  • Proficiency in state management tools and essential web technologies like HTML and CSS.
  • Firm understanding of server-side languages, particularly Node.js.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Ability to design, code, test, and maintain applications effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to a remote-first work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business-focused approach to software development and customer problem-solving.
