Description:

  • Deel is seeking a Frontend Engineer proficient in React.js to join their global team dedicated to facilitating worldwide hiring for businesses.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA’s.
  • Responsibilities include participating in product planning from discovery to deployment, developing new features and API’s, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.js, expertise in state management tools, and a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
  • The role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications, embracing a remote-first work culture, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Additional desirable skills include experience with SaaS products, pixel-perfect app design, working in distributed teams, and knowledge of FinTech.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.js, including Class Components, Functional Components, and React Hooks.
  • Expertise in state management tools and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Ability to design, code, test, and maintain applications using the specified technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Business-focused approach to software development and a commitment to delivering high-value outcomes for clients.
