Description:
Settle is seeking a Frontend Engineer based in Ukraine to join their team.
The company focuses on simplifying inventory purchasing through a cashflow management platform.
The role involves collaborating with product and design teams to create new user-facing features.
The engineer will work closely with the backend team to integrate and design the internal GraphQL API.
Responsibilities include implementing scalable and high-performance user interfaces, contributing to the React component library, and participating in initiatives to enhance the frontend platform.
The engineer will write clean, maintainable code and participate in an on-call rotation for system reliability.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as a front-end engineer.
Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is required.
Familiarity with the company's tech stack and a passion for learning new tools and frameworks is essential.
The ability to translate business and product ideas into effective engineering solutions is necessary.
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are important.
A strong focus on delivering an exceptional user experience with attention to detail is required.
Experience with test-driven development is preferred.
Bonus points for exposure to backend technologies and a willingness to contribute to backend development.
