Description:

  • The Team Lead for the Frontend development team will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • This role involves leading a group of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results.
  • Responsibilities include both hands-on coding and line management, helping the team grow, improve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The technology stack includes Vue, Vuex, Vue Router, Vuetify, Typescript, Webpack, SCSS, and Firebase.
  • The Team Lead will mentor the Frontend development team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • They will provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture.
  • Participation in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems is expected.
  • The role involves driving the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conducting regular code reviews and offering constructive feedback to improve the team’s skills and output is part of the responsibilities.
  • The Team Lead will also manage team members' performance and career development and help drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Frontend technologies such as Vue and React.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role is required, including mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
  • Strong experience in software architecture and designing scalable, reliable systems is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, along with the ability to manage and collaborate within a remote, diverse team.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to solve complex technical challenges, is expected.
