Description:
The Team Lead for the Frontend development team will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
This role involves leading a group of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results.
Responsibilities include both hands-on coding and line management, helping the team grow, improve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The technology stack includes Vue, Vuex, Vue Router, Vuetify, Typescript, Webpack, SCSS, and Firebase.
The Team Lead will mentor the Frontend development team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
They will provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture.
Participation in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems is expected.
The role involves driving the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conducting regular code reviews and offering constructive feedback to improve the team’s skills and output is part of the responsibilities.
The Team Lead will also manage team members' performance and career development and help drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Frontend technologies such as Vue and React.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role is required, including mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
Strong experience in software architecture and designing scalable, reliable systems is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, along with the ability to manage and collaborate within a remote, diverse team.
A passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to solve complex technical challenges, is expected.
