Remote Frontend & HubSpot Developer

Description:

• We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in ReactJS and HubSpot to join our team.
• The role involves updating and customizing our website by collaborating with the marketing team to optimize user experience and performance.
• Responsibilities include integrating engaging content into the website using ReactJS and ensuring the design aligns with user experience requirements.
• The developer will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing reusable code and libraries to streamline development.
• The website must be optimized for maximum speed and scalability across all devices and browsers.
• The developer will work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to meet business goals and brand standards.
• The role includes leading the integration of HubSpot into existing WordPress websites and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• The developer will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive and functional applications.
• Responsibilities also include validating user input, maintaining high standards of code quality, and documenting processes and coding practices.
• The developer will provide training and support to non-technical staff on using WordPress effectively.
• Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and continuously improving skills to bring innovative solutions to the team is essential.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer is required.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks is necessary.
• A background in WordPress development and customization is essential.
• Strong skills in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, are required.
• Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor is needed.
• Knowledge of current SEO techniques and their implementation within WordPress is required.
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse is necessary.
• Experience with HubL, Jinjava, and Jinja is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with git platforms like GitHub and GitLab is required.
• Experience with JIRA for project management is necessary.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager configuration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work, are essential.
