We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in ReactJS and HubSpot to join our team.
The role involves updating and customizing our website by collaborating with the marketing team to ensure optimization for user experience and performance.
Responsibilities include integrating engaging content into the website using ReactJS and ensuring design alignment with user experience requirements.
The developer will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing reusable code and libraries to streamline development.
The website must be optimized for maximum speed and scalability across all devices and browsers.
Collaboration with designers, content creators, and marketing teams is essential to meet business goals and brand standards.
The developer will lead the integration of HubSpot into existing WordPress websites and gather requirements from stakeholders for new projects.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the developer will validate user input before submission to the back end and maintain high standards of code quality.
Documentation of processes, coding practices, and custom development work is required for knowledge transfer within the team.
The developer will provide training and support to non-technical staff on using WordPress effectively.
Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies is crucial for continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer is required.
Strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks is essential.
A background in WordPress development and customization is necessary.
Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is required.
Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor is preferred.
Knowledge of current SEO techniques and their implementation within WordPress is necessary.
Familiarity with performance analysis tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse is required.
Experience with HubL, Jinjava, and Jinja is highly preferred.
Familiarity with git platforms like GitHub and GitLab is necessary.
Experience with JIRA for project management is required.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager configuration is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
