  • The role of Front-End Lead involves leading a team of front-end developers within a .NET Core environment, ensuring web applications are performant, scalable, and user-friendly.

  • The position also requires mentoring team members, managing priorities, and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must reside in Chile or Colombia and possess advanced English skills.
  • A strong background in front-end development with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
  • Extensive experience in a .NET Core environment and understanding of integration with ASP.NET Core back-end services is necessary.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript is essential.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Parcel is required.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines in a .NET environment is necessary.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end performance optimization is expected.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of front-end developers and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and strong problem-solving abilities are required.
