Description:

Holycode is seeking a Frontend (React) Engineer with strong skills and proven experience to join the Hublead project team for a full-time engagement.
Hublead is a fast-growing Salestech company focused on generating new business opportunities for clients.
The role involves working closely with the Tech Lead to shape the future of the product in a small, agile environment.
Responsibilities include crafting intuitive user interfaces, designing a fully functional SaaS with a focus on UX design, and translating designs into responsive web experiences.
The engineer will collaborate with the Tech Lead to design, develop, and maintain features end-to-end, work in an agile environment, contribute to improving development workflows, rebuild MVP from Svelte to React, and ensure a seamless user experience through performance optimization and usability testing.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in frontend development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a small, collaborative team are essential.
A proactive mindset and passion for building scalable solutions are required.
Experience with agile methodologies is necessary.
Proficiency in versioning tools such as Git or SVN is required.
Experience with Docker is necessary.
Expertise in React and JavaScript (TypeScript), HTML, CSS, and a modern front-end framework is required.
Experience with migration from Svelte to React is a bonus.
Familiarity with design tools and UI/UX principles is preferred.
