Description:

  • The Frontend Software Developer will be responsible for developing software components that build on top of the Smile CDR product.
  • The team focuses on customer-specific requirements in a scalable solution model.
  • You will work in an Agile environment with 2-week sprints.
  • Responsibilities include shaping the approach, scope, milestones, and solution design at the project start.
  • You will implement solutions with the development team by writing code, creating components, and modules that meet development requirements.
  • Writing manageable code and unit tests, as well as creating relevant documentation, is expected.
  • Participation in client meetings may be required.
  • You must remain aware of all priorities, deadlines, and backlogs to assist the team in completing project tasks.
  • Understanding the functionality being developed to provide support to the team is essential.
  • Engaging in in-depth in-person code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem analysis with teammates is part of the role.
  • Participation in monthly Technology meetings to guide corporate technical processes, architecture, and strategy is also required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Angular, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Git is required.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum processes is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teammates are essential.
  • A completed Engineering, IT, or Healthcare Bachelor's degree or College diploma in a related field, along with equivalent experience, is required.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Slack, Google technologies, Figma, Jira, Gitlab, Postman, Microsoft Azure, Jasmine/Karma, Cordova/Ionic, Rest APIs, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, docker containers, and networking is also desirable.
