Description:

• As a Frontend Software Engineer (SDE 4) at Conversica, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing user experiences across the portfolio of Conversica SaaS offerings.
• You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining frontend services in production environments, analyzing real-world data to improve customer experience, and leading or contributing to large feature releases.
• Your role will involve mentoring software engineers, assessing industry innovations, writing code, crafting technical approach documents, and enhancing the UI component library.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, Product Management, and Customer Success, to drive product development and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
• You should have 8 - 12+ years of professional hands-on software development experience building web-based UIs.
• Expertise in UI technologies and frameworks such as React with Redux Toolkit (RTK) and hooks, Vue.js, Svelte, Javascript ES6, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and UI Test Automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Testing Library.
• Proficiency in software design approaches, common UX patterns, user experience skills, and constructing UIs for non-technical users.
• Experience with agile SaaS and DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, automation, and open-source software.
• Familiarity with visualizing and interacting with internal and third-party APIs, growth mindset, customer orientation, and bias for automation.
• Ability to develop according to privacy by design and security by design principles, identify privacy and security workflow requirements, and comply with privacy laws and security frameworks.

Benefits:

• The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000/year to $190,000/year, reflecting the cost of labor across different US markets.
