The Care Transformation team at Included Health aims to revolutionize how the care team operates, enabling them to efficiently handle complex healthcare scenarios with empathy and connection.
Responsibilities include developing and enhancing internal products for the care team, optimizing care team experiences, creating member communication tools, and building self-serve features in the member app to streamline the care team's workload.
The Frontend Software Engineer will collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver exceptional experiences for the care team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about making an impact, proficient in modern frontend web frameworks like React or Salesforce development, and interested in expanding their skill set.
Additionally, the role involves exploring Generative AI and LLMs, setting high standards for product and engineering quality, and being eager to advance in their career.

Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality user experiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience in frontend web development or Salesforce development.
Ability to maintain and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in creating and managing APIs such as REST, GraphQL, etc.
Bonus points for experience with technologies like Javascript, React, Salesforce, GraphQL, Docker, and AWS.
