EvenUp, a generative AI startup, is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer for their Legal Ops (LOPS) engineering team.
The company aims to ensure injury victims receive the justice they deserve by expanding the $100B+ in awards granted annually.
The role involves leading the development and enhancement of tooling and workflows to deliver value to customers and secure rightful compensation for personal injury victims.
Responsibilities include building and refining the front-end of the AI-driven platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing robust, maintainable code in a modern tech-stack.
The ideal candidate will drive future innovations, have a passion for user needs, and possess strong programming skills in technologies like React and TypeScript.

Requirements:

3+ years of software development experience with a focus on modern frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, CSS norms, and the Document Object Model (DOM).
Ability to lead projects from inception to deployment, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and craft engaging frontend interfaces.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup or similar setting.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with diverse individuals.
Bonus: Experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects.
