Description:

Employment Hero is seeking an Intermediate Frontend Software Engineer specializing in ReactJS to join their remote team.
The role involves developing new product features, collaborating with design and product teams, and writing automated tests for production code.
The engineer will work with cutting-edge technologies like Ruby on Rails and ReactJS within an AWS Cloud environment.
Responsibilities include participating in sprint planning, mentoring junior developers, and enhancing legacy features for the HR tech platform.

Requirements:

Must have over 4 years of experience in Frontend Software Development, with expertise in ReactJS/Redux applications and web application performance tuning.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are required.
Demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS/Redux, and building tools like Webpack, Rollup, ViteJS.
Solid understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
Ability to translate design wireframes into functioning UI components.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
Experience with unit testing, functional programming, and developing modular mobile applications is a plus.
