Lead a team of frontend developers, providing support, guidance, and making technical decisions.
Set goals for the team's growth and ensure they are achieved.
Implement new technologies to stay competitive and automate manual processes.
Maintain high standards of code quality and software within the team.
Participate in decision-making processes and advise on estimating efforts and tasks.
Design and develop applications using JavaScript (ES6), Typescript, React, and other tools.
Promote the use of new tools and ensure their proper implementation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work in agile environments.
Have a problem-solving attitude and ensure code quality and application optimization.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Previous experience managing development teams and mentoring/coaching.
Excellent communication skills.
Over 5 years of experience as a Frontend developer.
Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, and modern interfaces.
Familiarity with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Knowledge of semantic HTML, SEO optimization, BEM, SASS, and Styled Components methodology.
Experience in agile and dynamic environments.
Familiarity with build tools, automation, cloud platforms, and CMS.
