Description:

Lead a team of frontend developers, providing support, guidance, and making technical decisions
Set goals for the team's growth and development, ensuring successful project delivery
Implement new technologies to stay competitive and automate manual processes
Maintain high standards of software quality and code standards
Participate in decision-making processes and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks
Design and develop applications using JavaScript (ES6), Typescript, React, and other tools
Promote the use of new tools and technologies within the team

Requirements:

Strong organizational and leadership skills
Previous experience managing development teams and mentoring/coaching team members
Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Over 5 years of experience as a Frontend developer with expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, and React
Familiarity with automated testing platforms, agile environments, and SEO optimization
Knowledge of BEM, SASS, and/or Styled Components methodology
Desirable qualifications include knowledge of build tools, cloud platforms, and CMS systems
