Description:
Signaloid is seeking a Frontend, UX, and Technical Documentation Lead for a hybrid job workplace in the United Kingdom.
The company provides a computing platform that tracks data uncertainties dynamically and throughout computations in execution workloads.
The platform uses deterministic computations on in-processor representations of probability distributions to enable speedup and lower implementation costs for computing tasks traditionally solved using Monte Carlo methods.
Available as a cloud-based computing engine, the platform allows running tasks via a cloud-based task execution API.
Signaloid also offers on-premises and edge-hardware implementations for customers preferring existing on-site infrastructure or requiring operation without a cloud connection.
The role involves improving the design and implementation of the documentation system, extending it to include video-based content, creating internal and customer-facing documentation, setting up CI/CD automation, and ensuring consistency in documentation across internal and external systems.
Requirements:
Good foundation in Unix, curl, Javascript, Python, and C/C++ to implement and modify basic code examples in documentation.
Experience with HTML, Markdown, and documentation tools/frameworks like Docusaurus, MkDocs, ReadTheDocs.
Ability to automate documentation processes using tools like Selenium, define ReactJS components for styling screenshots, and strong background in GitHub's CI/CD functionality.
Skills in listening, honesty, empathy, and seeing the world from others' viewpoints.
Additional desirable skills include experience with UX/design tools, web deployment systems, ReactJS, Python, Go, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Benefits:
Enjoy a flexible remote-first work environment with the freedom to choose your location as long as you are available during UK working hours.
Participate in in-person sessions in Europe with the team several times a year.
Receive competitive compensation including yearly and bi-yearly bonuses based on company and project team performance, transparent pay levels based on skill level, and attractive stock options package.
Work in a driven but respectful environment where team members show urgency, respect, and collaboration, with no isolated projects.
