The Full Stack Data Engineer will work remotely and is responsible for building end-to-end data solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable data ingestion pipelines, integrating data from various systems, developing and maintaining data storage solutions, optimizing data storage and retrieval mechanisms, implementing data processing workflows, designing data models, building software applications and APIs, establishing monitoring mechanisms, and documenting processes.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is necessary for data engineering and software development.
A strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling techniques, and SQL programming is essential.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for building and deploying data solutions is required.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake is necessary.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and software development best practices such as Agile and CI/CD is required.
