Description:
- The company Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to various industries, including healthcare systems, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, retailers, and 3PLs.
- The position is for a Full Stack Developer who will work remotely.
- The role involves collaborating with a team to develop robust and highly scalable software solutions to address logistics challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Responsibilities include actively designing, developing, coding, and testing as part of an agile development team.
- The developer will work closely with product and technical stakeholders to balance business requirements with technical feasibility.
- Collaboration with diverse product and design teams on different projects is required.
- Ensuring non-functional requirements like performance and scalability are met is a key responsibility.
- The developer will contribute to retrospectives for continuous improvement of team processes and effectiveness.
- Developing and testing component-based user interfaces for optimal user experience is part of the role.
Requirements:
- Strong object-oriented design patterns experience is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Java is necessary.
- Knowledge and experience with Node.js and Typescript are essential.
- Experience with serverless architecture and tooling, specifically AWS, is a must.
- The candidate should be logical, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to learning, delivering robust solutions, and solid execution of software delivery is expected.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
