Description:

Vantage is seeking Intermediate to Senior Full-Stack Developers to join a small team and make a significant impact.
The role involves building features in the Vantage platform and integrating with other systems using various APIs to pull and push data.
Developers will engage in data analysis to enhance the platform's intelligence and are encouraged to focus on creating excellent user experiences, particularly in frontend development.
The primary frameworks used are Python/Django for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend, along with technologies like Snowflake, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Postgres.
The team operates primarily in Azure, with additional use of AWS and GCP.
Vantage is a fully remote team, primarily based in southern Ontario, with monthly gatherings for planning and team-building activities.

Requirements:

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in Python, but other programming languages are acceptable.
Experience with React or building production systems using a modern frontend JavaScript framework is required.
Expertise in ad platform APIs such as Facebook, Google, and Pinterest is necessary.
DevOps and deployment experience on Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.
A strong passion for writing tests is essential, as developers are expected to maintain 85% or higher test coverage.
