Description:

• Engineer Up is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Full Stack Engineer who is enthusiastic about building scalable and reliable web solutions.
• This role involves both front-end and back-end software development, suitable for a versatile developer comfortable across the entire stack.
• The position is fully remote, with the expectation to work east coast hours.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack applications.
• The engineer will work with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL, Next.js, React, and AWS.
• Participation in the entire application lifecycle is required, focusing on coding, debugging, and system design.
• Collaboration with leadership and senior team members to conceptualize new features is essential.
• The engineer will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability and adhere to security and data protection standards.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends is expected.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, MySQL, and JavaScript/React is necessary.
• Experience with Next.js and React is a must.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, specifically MySQL, and crafting stored procedures is required.
• Experience with AWS cloud services is essential.
• A proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, is necessary.
• Experience with continuous integration is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development is required.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to build complex web applications.
• Highly proficient skills in both front-end and back-end coding are necessary.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills, is mandatory.
