We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our remote-first engineering team at Hertility Health in London, England. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to make a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate should possess technical proficiency in our tech stack, including Javascript/Typescript/NodeJS, GraphQL, React, NextJS, React Native, HTML, CSS, Terraform, AWS services, Github, Docker, Datadog, Cloudwatch, Jest, and Playwright. Experience with PHP Laravel is a bonus.
Effective communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, articulating ideas clearly and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:
Collaborate Across the Codebase: Work on various parts of the codebase across web and mobile, contributing to different projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features aligning with business goals.
Architectural Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the platform's architecture, including data flow and component interactions, to design and implement features effectively.
Code Quality and Efficiency: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices to optimize application performance and reliability.
Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest software development trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
