Remote Full Stack Developer

• The Full Stack Developer position in Colombia is a remote role with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST or CT. The salary range for this independent contractor role is between 2,500 to 4,000 USD. The ideal candidate should have a proficiency in Next.js or Node.js for backend development and strong skills in React for frontend development. Familiarity with FlutterFlow, a low-code platform, is advantageous. Duties include backend and frontend development, website development, technical leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative engagement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Next.js or Node.js for backend development is required. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong skills in React. Familiarity with FlutterFlow or other low-code platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate is preferred.
