Description:

  • Orca Bio is a late-stage biotechnology company focused on redefining the transplant process through next-generation cell therapies.

  • The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications for the medical industry.
  • The role requires ensuring that all software solutions comply with medical industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate must have 5+ years of development experience with C# and the .NET framework.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of development experience with SQL and multiple databases is necessary.
  • The candidate should have at least 3+ years of development experience with Java and/or Python.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • The candidate must have 3+ years of experience with development and deployment on AWS.
  • Experience developing under a version-controlled code environment and managing changes (code and documentation) for at least 3 years is required.
  • The candidate should have 2+ years of experience with automation test frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including object-oriented programming and design patterns, is essential.
  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code is required.
  • A solid understanding of the computer system validation process and quality assurance in FDA regulated industries is necessary.
  • The candidate must possess problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about both functional and non-functional aspects of software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and international team environment are required.
