Description:
The Full Stack Developer will be part of LCM Workshop, an internal lab focusing on bringing internal products to market and staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Responsibilities include working with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions, designing client-side and server-side architecture, building front-end applications with appealing visual design, managing databases and applications, writing effective APIs, testing software for responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software, creating security and data protection settings, and building features with a mobile responsive design.
The role requires expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, application deployment, testing, data analytics, monitoring and performance, as well as progressive engineering experience such as researching new technologies, code review, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
The position is remote and requires a strong internet connection with 5 hours’ overlap with Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Exemplary technical skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, Next.JS), application deployment and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Lambda), testing (e.g., Cypress), data analytics (e.g., BigQuery, Google Analytics processing), and monitoring and performance (e.g., New Relic).
Progressive engineering experience including researching new technologies, code review, translating business requirements, and performing root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills, experience with remote work, and fluency in spoken and written English.
It would be beneficial to have experience working on projects integrating different languages or components and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).

Compensation for the position is anticipated to be in the range of $115,000-140,000 USD annually.
