Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in React with at least 1 year of proven experience.
Experience with Node and/or Java for at least 6 months.
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Completion of a four-year college degree.
Ability to take ownership of work, meet expectations, and align with client goals.
Commitment to working 40 hours per week consistently.
