The role involves being a core part of building the company culture, making architecture decisions about new systems, and building new features.
Responsibilities include contributing to and reviewing user stories, requirements, and design documents, as well as shipping high-quality code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with a mix of frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or similar languages and frameworks is required.
Strong programming skills in more than one language are essential.
Solid Git fundamentals and strong SQL proficiency are necessary.
Candidates should have excellent instincts on the design and maintenance of RESTful APIs.
The ability to create and maintain modular, reusable frontend code is required.
