Remote Full Stack Developer

Description:

• Our Client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to build and scale an AI-powered platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and secure data management.
• Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the web application’s front-end and back-end.
• You will design and implement scalable APIs and integrations with HRMs and project management tools.
• It is essential to ensure compliance with data security best practices, including GDPR and privacy-first principles.
• You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an accessible, intuitive, and neuroinclusive interface.
• Optimising performance and scalability as the platform grows is a critical part of the role.
• You will participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the tech strategy.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is required.
• Proficiency with Python and experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Supabase, or other databases is necessary.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud infrastructure is expected.
• An understanding of security best practices, authentication, and role-based access control is essential.
• Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous deployment, is required.
• A passion for neuroinclusion and building accessible, ethical technology is important.
