Description:

• Opreto is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on front-end and integration aspects for a project involving real-time audio processing and NLP.
• The position is fully remote and is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.
• The developer will be responsible for building a responsive and accessible user interface using React to display key term definitions during live meetings.
• They will design and implement intuitive UI/UX features such as pop-ups and sidebars to enhance usability while minimizing distractions.
• The role involves collaborating with designers to refine wireframes and prototypes to align with user needs.
• The developer will also develop connectors for integration with platforms like Google Meet and create real-time audio capture pipelines for seamless data streaming.
• Conducting system and integration testing to ensure reliability and low-latency performance is a key responsibility.
• The developer will optimize backend services to support real-time audio and term recognition functionality.
• Collaboration with the NLP and backend teams to integrate AI-driven features into the application is essential.
• The role includes deploying and managing the application on AWS and ensuring system scalability, security, and performance through effective use of cloud-native tools and practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in React and Node.js for building both front-end and backend components is required.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming technologies such as WebSockets and gRPC is necessary.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is essential.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Attention to detail and a user-centric approach to development are important.
