Remote Full Stack Developer II

Description:

• The Full Stack Developer II position at Technergetics involves supporting the Web Based Research Intelligence Software Product Line by developing a social media-themed web application for a research intelligence software platform.
• Responsibilities include designing and developing new web applications, creating software solutions and cloud architectures, participating in all phases of the software development life cycle, performing unit testing and debugging, contributing to code reviews, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
• The position requires working in a team setting, collaborating with peers and mentors, and continuously improving coding, task management, and leadership skills.
• The salary range for this full-time exempt position is $80,000-$105,000 annually, with the possibility of a 100% remote work arrangement for the right candidate.
• The role may involve working remotely or at company offices in Utica and Rome, NY, and due to clearance requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible to apply.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer programming, software engineering, or a related technical field is required, although candidates with associate degrees or certificates in these areas combined with experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience or 1 year of experience with a master's degree is necessary.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, React, Go, and Rust is required, along with experience in Front End development, web app development, graph databases, Linux or Microsoft Windows platforms, server-side development, automated testing, source code control systems, Agile software development techniques, and command-line environments.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
