Remote Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, NodeJS)

Description:

• Seeking a Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, NodeJS) to design, develop, and maintain backend systems using JavaScript and NodeJS.
• Ideal candidate should have experience with technologies like Angular.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, NoSQL and Graph databases, SAML SSO, and CI/CD.
• Remote position within the U.S. on a W-2 hourly 6-month contract with possible extension.
• Hourly rate ranges from $75/h. to $80/h. based on experience and skills.
• Responsibilities include designing, building, and scaling server-side and front-end applications, writing reusable code, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting analysis, working with QA and DevOps teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring software efficiency and security.
• Qualifications include 5+ years of full-stack development experience, familiarity with APIs, databases, Python, container-based deployments, microservices, version control tools, Agile methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred skills include experience with zero downtime releases, public cloud deployment, and Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience developing full-stack applications using NodeJS, Angular, JavaScript, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with consuming and creating APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases, Graph database, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience in container-based deployments and microservices development.
• Understanding of data and code security best practices.
• Proficiency in version control tools, CICD pipelines, quality tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to customer-desired tools/technologies.
