• They are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer to support and oversee the ongoing development of the platform and function as a CTO.
• The role involves implementing changes to the existing codebase, adding new features, and ensuring the smooth operation of the platform through hosting, maintenance, and deployment.
• The Full-Stack Developer will also consult the non-technical CEO on technical solutions, providing strategic guidance and expertise.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Svelte is preferred but not required.
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and cloud hosting platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
• Ability to consult and advise on technical solutions and strategic decisions.
• Candidates from Latin America preferred for better cultural alignment.
• Must have a C1 English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
