Description:
- The Full Stack Developer Lead position at Prepared Hero involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop scalable e-commerce applications.
- The role includes designing, implementing, and optimizing front-end and backend systems for a seamless shopping experience.
- Customizing and extending Shopify functionality, integrating third-party APIs, and optimizing website performance are key responsibilities.
- Staying updated with industry trends, providing technical guidance to junior developers, and driving innovation across the team are also part of the role.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer with at least 5+ years of experience in e-commerce development and Shopify.
- Proficiency in Shopify development ecosystem, including Liquid templating engine, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Extensive experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in developing medium to large-scale e-commerce applications and working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, agile development methodologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as mentorship, vision, motivation, and execution clarity.
