Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our MarTech / AdTech team, focusing on the technical implementation of marketing attribution pipelines, landing page experiences, and network signaling integrations.
This role is positioned at the intersection of marketing and engineering, facilitating accurate measurement, campaign optimization, and seamless user journey tracking across multiple paid channels.
The developer will collaborate closely with performance marketers, data scientists, and product managers to create scalable tools and solutions that drive data-driven growth.
Key responsibilities include developing attribution systems, maintaining landing page infrastructure, managing network signaling and API integration, overseeing data flow management, and ensuring monitoring and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Technical skills required include strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, as well as HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and client-side performance optimization.
Experience in integrating tracking scripts like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Pixel is essential.
Backend skills should include proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go for building APIs and middleware, along with REST & Webhook-based architecture and familiarity with serverless functions.
Candidates should have experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Netlify).
A deep understanding of mobile/web attribution, prior experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch, and familiarity with ad platform APIs is necessary.
Strong communication skills, a problem-solver mindset, and the ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions are required.
Nice to have skills include experience with Marketing Automation tools, understanding of privacy regulations, and familiarity with feature flagging and personalization frameworks.
