The company is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their fast-paced, agile R&D environment, contributing to the development of domain-specific AI agent platforms.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ML/AI Engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to create end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate front-end interfaces with robust back-end architectures.
The role requires a balance of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and the ability to iterate rapidly with minimal bureaucracy.
Key responsibilities include front-end development, back-end development, integration and collaboration, DevOps and CI/CD, rapid prototyping and iteration, and ensuring security and best practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer, ideally in an environment with rapidly evolving requirements.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Vue for front-end development is essential.
Experience developing APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies is required.
Strong understanding of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases is necessary.
Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and pull request best practices is expected.
Experience with Docker and containers, as well as exposure to orchestration tools like Kubernetes, is important.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing services is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.
A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose creative solutions is necessary.
