Remote Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js + JAVA)

Description:

• Engage with consultants to understand client needs and proficient in backend and development tasks, including database design/management, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Responsible for the complete software lifecycle, from development to testing and support.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with critical issues/escalations.
• Take initiative, collaborate, and quickly adapt to new technologies to ensure system functionality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Node.js and Java for backend development, with experience in the Spring framework.
• Skilled in using Next.js for front-end development.
• Familiarity with Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes and Couchbase is a plus.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, managers, and business users.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Knowledge of testing, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience in scaling web applications and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Familiarity with project and software development methodologies, Scrum knowledge is desirable.
