Description:

The IT department at Telemedi is responsible for a range of applications and services supporting the provision of e-health services for patients and Telemedi clients.
They use new technologies, develop their skills, and focus on an optimal balance between software development speed and maintaining high quality.
They are expanding their department to create more, faster, and better solutions both from a business and technical perspective.
They are looking for Fullstack Developers (Senior and Mid levels) experienced in developing complex web applications, preferably in a microservices architecture, and who are not afraid of challenges.
Tasks include developing web applications (new features, bug fixing, refactors), participating in designing new solutions' architecture and developer infrastructure, code reviews, collaborating closely with the team, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of tasks.

Requirements:

Commercial experience working with PHP - Seniors minimum 4 years, Mids minimum 2 years, specifically Symfony or another framework of similar class.
Minimum 1 year of commercial experience working with the React.js framework, including some experience with Typescript.
Practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.).
Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
Proficiency in working with version control systems, e.g., Git.
Ownership mindset, being independent and responsible for assigned tasks, attention to detail and conscientiousness in work, teamwork skills, and fluent Polish language proficiency.
Desirable: Knowledge of performance and optimization issues in web applications, experience in microservices architecture development, practical knowledge of containerized environments (Docker), cloud application infrastructure, working with GraphQL and Hasura, and commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js.

Competitive compensation based on experience and skills: 14,000 - 22,000 PLN net, B2B contract - hourly settlement.
