Remote Full-Stack developer (Python, React, GCP)

Description:

• ASAR Digital is seeking a versatile Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
• The role involves developing cutting-edge technology that integrates AI, financial data, and cloud infrastructure.
• Key responsibilities include backend development, frontend development, and managing DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• For backend development, the candidate will build and maintain high-performance backend APIs using Python (FastAPI) and design database schemas with PostgreSQL on Cloud SQL.
• The candidate will implement secure transaction processing and financial data handling, as well as integrate third-party APIs like Plaid or Yodlee to fetch bank transactions.
• In frontend development, the candidate will develop an intuitive and dynamic user dashboard using React.js (Next.js) and create interactive financial reports and insights.
• The role also includes optimizing the UI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• For DevOps and cloud infrastructure, the candidate will deploy services to Google Cloud Run, manage Cloud SQL, set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and automate infrastructure with Terraform.
• The candidate will implement security best practices, including OAuth, API rate limiting, and encryption.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have experience with backend technologies including Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Frontend experience is required with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
• The candidate should have knowledge of DevOps practices, specifically with GCP (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud SQL), GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• A strong understanding of security practices, including OAuth authentication, API security, and cloud security best practices, is essential.
